My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms had some issues, like needing to be restarted during the night, and my early check-in request was not honored, leading to a room that seemed like the previous guest had just left. However, the service went out of its way to find a better room with a window, despite some issues like entering the room without knocking. The location was great for university-related activities and reaching downtown easily. Facilities were decent overall.

The hotel offers excellent room amenities with adjustable air conditioning and fantastic fan speed. The cleanliness is notable; however, the service lacks some attention to detail. The location, while close to Clemson University, may disappoint, especially considering the promising surroundings. The dining options can be limited due to ongoing renovations.
